+Breath - A concert experience harmonizing breath, meditation, and gentle movement with transcendent music from Nashville Symphony musicians. Guided by Evan Galante, CEO of Lolu, this class will incorporate classic and modern breath-work techniques; using measured, rhythmic breathing to explore the balance between activation and restoration. In addition to inspirational classical gems, the musical selections will also feature local composer and sound artist, Christopher Lippincott. No experience is required.
What to Expect
Throughout the series, you’ll be able to:
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. We’ll take care of the ambiance inside the beautiful Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
Lolu is a social sauna, cold pool, and community in East Nashville, created with a single intention: to let the noise of the outside world fall away, carving a deliberate gap between the demands of your day and the stillness of yourself. Since opening in 2025, its community has gathered around the shift from grounding heat to awakening cold, and the silent suspension between an inhale and an exhale - a place of shared resilience. The space in between.
