Find Your Rhythm. Shift Your State.
Announcing SymphonySync, our reimagined music and wellness series presented by the Nashville Symphony.
Three immersive experiences pair live music by Nashville Symphony musicians with breathwork, sound healing, and movement. No experience required. Just come as you are and get in sync.
What to Expect
Throughout the series, you’ll be able to:
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. We’ll take care of the ambiance inside the beautiful Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
+Breath - A concert experience harmonizing breath, meditation, and gentle movement with transcendent music from Nashville Symphony musicians. Guided by Evan Galante, CEO of Lolu, this class will incorporate classic and modern breath-work techniques; using measured, rhythmic breathing to explore the balance between activation and restoration. In addition to inspirational classical gems, the musical selections will also feature local composer and sound artist, Christopher Lippincott.
+SoundBath - On the first Sunday of the new year, immerse yourself in a transcendent blend of crystal singing bowls, meditative sound healing instruments, live ambient vocals and the rich, grounding tones of a live string ensemble. Led by musician and sound practitioner Kayce Laine, this genre-crossing collaboration with symphony musicians invites you into a deeply restorative listening journey — the perfect way to begin 2027.
+Yoga - A concert experience harmonizing a full vinyasa flow yoga practice with inspiring music from Nashville Symphony musicians. Guided by local singer and much beloved yoga teacher Rachel Beauregard, this beginner friendly class will incorporate familiar yoga flows and somatic movement. Your practice will synchronize both energetically and rhythmically with music that will ground, motivate, and exhilarate your practice.
