Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg makes her first appearance with the Nashville Symphony since 2000, when she performed with the orchestra at Carnegie Hall. She’ll both conduct the orchestra and perform as violin soloist. This eclectic program includes music from contemporary American composers Ellen Taffe Zwilich and Philip Glass, along with George Gershwin’s classic An American in Paris. The concert also pairs music from Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons with tango master Astor Piazzolla’s The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires, a modern Argentinean take on this classic music.

The Box Office will open three hours prior to the concert. Please call 615.687.6400 or email tickets@nashvillesymphony.org with questions.
