How to Access Your Mobile Tickets
How to Share Your Mobile Tickets
What are digital tickets?
Digital ticketing is a convenient, secure, contactless, service that delivers your tickets to your mobile device using rotating QR codes. Your QR codes will activate a few hours prior to your performance start time and will refresh every 30 seconds. Digital tickets use rotating QR codes, so you know you have a valid ticket and reduce the ability to counterfeit tickets and resell them. This is why screenshots of ticket QR codes will not work for entry.
Why is Nashville Symphony using digital tickets?
Digital tickets provide you with an easy and secure way to receive and share your tickets with friends and family. No need to stress over how to print your tickets at home or misplacing tickets. Your tickets are always available in your digital wallet.
How do I access my Nashville Symphony wallet?
Go to wallet.nashvillesymphony.org and log in with your Symphony account and password
Do I need to set up a new account?
For your convenience, your account from our previous login system is the same login for your wallet
Do I have to download an app?
No, you do not need to download an app to access your Nashville Symphony Wallet. You can simply open any web browser (ex: Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and type in wallet.nashvillesymphony.org to access your tickets. We recommend adding a shortcut to this page on your phone for easy access.
Can I add my tickets to my Apple Wallet?
Yes! Click ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ and the ticket(s) will appear on your phone.
Google Wallet does not yet support rotating or dynamic QR codes, but we are working on implementing this in the future
Can I screenshot or print my tickets?
No, in order to keep your tickets safe and secure, printouts and screenshots are not accepted and cannot be scanned at the door. Once activated, the QR code on your digital ticket(s) updates every 30 second and can only be scanned directly from your mobile device.
What if I’m coming with a group?
Log in to your Nashville Symphony wallet, click on the applicable performance date, then click SHARE TICKETS and follow the subsequent prompts to easily share your group tickets via text or email. Or meet your group at the building doors to scan their tickets in.
Why am I unable to see my tickets’ barcodes?
We currently have delayed delivery where your tickets will appear closer to the concert. If you need to share your tickets, you can still do so, and the barcode(s) will appear in your guest’s account a few hours before the concert
Why are some of my tickets not showing up in my ticket wallet?
If you have a season ticket package set up on a payment plan, concerts will only show up once they’ve been fully paid off. Ready to pay off your package and see all your concerts in your ticket wallet? Contact our Ticketing and Customer Team at 615.687.6400.
Will I still receive my tickets in an email?
No. Beginning with concerts after September 1, 2024, you will only receive your tickets in your Nashville Symphony wallet
Can I manage my tickets from a computer instead of a phone?
Yes, you can manage and view your tickets from a desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone. On the day of the concert, you will need to scan the ticket on your phone to enter the concert.
Do my guests need to create an account to receive the tickets I share with them?
Yes, your guests will be prompted to sign in or create an account at nashvillesymphony.org when accepting their tickets.
Someone shared tickets with me and I want to exchange them. What do I do?
The original ticket purchaser is responsible for making exchanges. If someone has shared tickets with you and you can no longer attend the concert, please contact the sharer and let them know to contact the box office.
