We've made several upgrades to our website so that you can now access your tickets from our website. As long as you have your mobile device, your tickets are right there waiting for you!
To access, visit the Upcoming Events page in your Nashville Symphony account. All of your scheduled concerts will appear on this page, along with a button to "View My Tickets" once they are available, starting 48 hours prior to the performance.
When you click on "View My Tickets," a QR code will load onscreen, and that’s what you’ll show to our ticketing attendants for entry. You can also print your QR code and bring them with you to be scanned?
Don’t have a mobile device? Don’t worry! We’ll be able to take care of you on the night of your concert. And if you have any questions at all about our new ticketing policy, call us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Most of all, we want your concert experience to be smooth and simple.

Important Note About Third-Party Ticket Resellers: NashvilleSymphony.org is the official website for purchasing tickets to concerts at Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Tickets purchased from any unauthorized website or third-party vendor may be counterfeit, and these seats cannot be guaranteed. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources are not eligible for an exchange, reprint and/or reassignment of pick-up name – you must work directly with the third-party seller.
If you have questions, or you would like to let us know about your own experience with a ticket reseller, please speak with one of our Ticket & Customer Team Specialists by phone at or email us at email@example.com.
Note to third-party ticket resellers: If we have reason to believe that you are purchasing tickets for resale, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you. The handling fee added to your ticket purchase helps cover operating costs for the Nashville Symphony, a not-for-profit charitable organization, reaching more than 10 million people annually through concerts, recordings, broadcasts, education programs and more. This fee helps make it possible for the orchestra to fulfill its mission of inspiring, entertaining and educating through excellence in musical performance.
Handling fees are applied to all ticket purchases, whether made online, in person, or over the phone.
