Box Office
The Schermerhorn Symphony Center box office, located at 4th and Symphony Place, is offering full-time public walk-in hours in addition to now serving as an entrance into the hall.
 

In-Person Box Office Hours:
Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM
3 hours before each performance through intermission

You can also buy tickets daily and around the clock at nashvillesymphony.org/tickets. Tickets purchased are available as mobile tickets by visiting your Ticket Wallet.

To access your ticket(s), log in to your Nashville Symphony Wallet. All your concerts will be here.

When you click on the concert, a QR code will load onscreen, and that’s what you’ll show to our ticketing attendants for entry.

Don’t have a mobile device? Don’t worry! We’ll be able to take care of you on the night of your concert. And if you have any questions at all, call us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Most of all, we want your concert experience to be smooth and simple.

Ticket Purchasing Information

You may purchase tickets:

  • On our website
  • Via phone at 615.687.6400 from 10 am-6 pm Monday-Friday
  • In-Person Box Office Hours:
    • Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM
    • 3 hours before each performance through intermission

Ticket pricing fluctuates and is valid at time of purchase. Pricing and discounts (if applicable) are not retroactive. Additional fees apply. Please note there is a ticket limit of 9 per household for most events. All sales are final. No refunds.

Unclaimed ticket funds from cancelled events become a donation to the Nashville Symphony at the conclusion of the fiscal year (July 31, 2025)

Important Note About Third-Party Ticket Resellers: NashvilleSymphony.org is the only authorized and official website for purchasing tickets to concerts at Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Tickets purchased from any other website or third-party vendor may be counterfeit, and these seats cannot be guaranteed. Tickets purchased from sources other than NashvilleSymphony.org are not eligible for an exchange, reprint and/or reassignment of pick-up name.

Note to third-party ticket resellers: The resale of this ticket at a price higher than the original purchase price is strictly prohibited. In the event of such resale or in the event that this ticket or the Nashville Symphony account associated with this ticket is identified by the Association as having been purchased, created, or operated for the primary purpose of such resale, the Association reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel this ticket and/or its associated Nashville Symphony account without the issue of a refund and to seek all attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by the Association in relation to such activity.

Ticket Exchanges
You may exchange your Nashville Symphony concert tickets until 72 hours before the concert. Tickets may not be exchanged less than 72 hours prior to the concert. All sales are final. There are no refunds.

NOTE: There are no ticket exchanges for rental events or concerts not presented by the Nashville Symphony. 

 

Exchange Fees:

  • $10 per ticket exchange fees apply to single and group ticket buyers.
  • $5 per ticket exchange fees apply to Compose Your Own (CYO) season ticket holders with 3 to 4 concerts in their package.
  • FREE ticket exchanges apply to season ticket holders with full series packages and CYO season ticket holders with 5 or more concerts in their package.

 

Exchange Options:

  • Concert-to-concert exchange: Exchange tickets for any Nashville Symphony presented concert within the same season. Additional charges may apply if there is a difference in ticket price.
  • On Account: Ticket holders may put the value of their tickets on their Nashville Symphony account. Funds on account may be applied in the future toward any valid concert during the same season (ending July 31, 2025). Any on-account funds not used by July 31, 2025, will be converted into a ticket donation.
  • Donate for Resale: You may donate the value of your tickets as a tax-deductible gift to the Nashville Symphony. You may donate your tickets at any time prior to the concert start time. Click here to donate your tickets. Please note that you cannot donate your tickets after the performance has started. 
  • Education Programs: To accommodate groups on our wait list, all cancellations and exchanges must be made 30 days prior to the date of the performance. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after that time. Payment is required within two weeks or 10 business days of your invoice date. If payment has not been received by the deadline, your reservation is subject to cancellation.

Money On Account
Any money currently on your Nashville Symphony account is good toward any valid concert during the same season (ending July 31, 2025). Any on-account funds not used by July 31, 2025, will be turned into a donation at that time.

Handling Fees
The handling fee added to your ticket purchase helps cover operating costs for the Nashville Symphony, a not-for-profit charitable organization, reaching more than 10 million people annually through concerts, recordings, broadcasts, education programs and more. This fee helps make it possible for the orchestra to fulfill its mission of inspiring, entertaining and educating through excellence in musical performance.

Handling fees are applied to all ticket purchases, whether made online, in person, or over the phone.

Ticket Pickup Policy
Account holders must present their photo ID when picking up tickets, VIP materials, or any other items held at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center Box Office. 

  • Tickets will not be released or reprinted for anyone but the account holder without prior notification.
  • If someone other than the account holder is picking up these items, the account holder must contact the Box Office at 615.687.6400 or [email protected] in advance to add the alternate pick-up name and contact information. 
  • The account holder may be contacted by the Box Office if further verification of pick-up information is required.
