Steve Haruch is an award-winning writer, journalist and editor. His work has appeared everywhere from The New York Times and The Atlantic to Here & Now and NPR. He has worked previously at the Nashville Scene and WPLN, and is currently senior producer at the Nashville Banner and multimedia producer for the We Are North Nashville community elders storytelling project. He edited the books Greetings From New Nashville: How a Sleepy Southern Town Became ‘It’ City and People Only Die of Love in Movies: Film Writing by Jim Ridley.
