October 27 event to feature 25 performers, family activities & community partners
The Nashville Symphony has announced the date and initial details for its 13th annual Free Day of Music. This popular annual event invites the entire community to enjoy a full day and evening of free performances throughout Schermerhorn Symphony Center. With annual attendance in the thousands, it’s part of the Nashville Symphony’s commitment to providing accessible musical experiences for everyone in Middle Tennessee.

Free Day of Music 2018
11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018
A Music City fall tradition! The entire community is invited for a full day of free performances, featuring everything from classical and jazz to rock and country, starting with a concert by the Nashville Symphony.
Other performers include Nashville in Harmony, Nashville Salsa Machine and innovative classical ensemble Chatterbird, with additional performers to be announced. As in past years, Free Day of Music will also include a Q&A with Nashville Symphony conductors.
