Building Entry Info

To help ensure the safety and security of our patrons, all tickets will now be scanned at the main entrance doors.

ALL PATRONS MUST PRESENT A TICKET BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING.

Arrive early – building doors open 90 minutes prior to show time.
Have your tickets ready.
If you have selected e-tickets, please be sure that your screen brightness is at 100%.
Tickets will be scanned at these entrances:
- Box Office (4th Ave., directly across from Walk of Fame Park)
- West Atrium (4th Ave. & One Symphony Place)
- Front Steps (Center of One Symphony Place)
- East Atrium (3rd Ave. & One Symphony Place, by valet stand)
- NOTE: Customers will not be able to enter through the courtyard or the stage door.
Anyone without a ticket should proceed to the Box Office upon arrival.
To ensure the safety of our patrons, all bags are subject to search upon entry. Please allow sufficient time for building entry when planning your trip to the Schermerhorn.
