We know you're busy and aren't always able to attend a concert you have purchased tickets for. In order to offer you the most flexibility as well as ensure unused seats can be enjoyed by other music lovers, you may exchange or donate tickets. Exchanges or donating tickets must be completed no later than 6:00 p.m. on the day of the performance, or 5:00 p.m. online.

You may exchange tickets into another performance, availability permitting, by calling 615.687.6400.
You may donate tickets for a tax deduction by filling out the form below. In order to complete the form, you will need to have your tickets and only one event per form can be submitted. Before submitting the form, please check the correctness of all information to ensure the proper concert is donated. Any omitted and/or incorrect information will cause a delay in your donation.
