Pinnacle Garage

  1. Click the ‘Pinnacle Garage’ option for parking.
  2. Find the day of the concert for which you are attending.
  3. Click on the date, review the name of the event, then select the time of the concert and click ‘Find Parking’
  4. You will see the option to park at Pinnacle Garage. Click ‘Book Now’.
  5. The time to enter and leave is listed under ‘Parking Details.’ Fill out your information and click ‘Complete Payment.’
  6. You will receive an email confirmation with your parking pass as well as additional instructions.
  7. To use the parking, please arrive within the time of the parking listed and scan the pass to enter.
  8. You can park anywhere not marked ‘Reserved.’ Please make sure to leave the garage by the listed end time.
  9. When you are ready to leave, please scan your pass to exit at the gate.

Sobro, Hilton Nashville Downtown & 310 Commerce

  1. Click on either the Sobro Tower, Hilton, or 310 Commerce button.
  2. Find the concert that you are attending and click ‘See Options’.
  3. A map with the parking options listed will appear. Select your preferred location and click ‘Book Now’.
  4. The time to enter and leave is listed under the garage address at the top. Fill out your information and click ‘Complete Purchase’.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation with your parking pass as well as additional instructions.
  6. To use the parking, please arrive within the time of the parking listed and scan the pass to enter.
  7. You can park anywhere not marked ‘Reserved.’ Please make sure to leave the garage by the listed end time.
  8. When you are ready to leave, please scan your pass to exit at the gate.

SoBro Tower  Hilton  310 Commerce 

 

Music City Center

  1. Click on the ‘Music City Center’ button
  2. Click ‘Buy Now.’ This will take you to a listing of our concerts. Find your concert and click ‘Buy Parking’.
  3. Select the amount of passes you would like in the dropdown menu and click ‘Add to Cart’.
  4. Check out as you normally would with a ticket purchase, including logging in to your Nashville Symphony account.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once you complete the purchase.
  6. You will get an email 24 hours before the performance with your barcode.
  7. If you would like to see the barcode in your account, please visit your Upcoming Events page in your account and the barcode will be visible no later than 24 hours before the concert.
  8. You will need to scan in when you arrive and scan out to exit.
