Nashville Symphony Announces Free Fall Concerts

Orchestra to perform Latin-themed concert at Plaza Mariachi on October 16 and fall concert at Dickson’s Renaissance Center on October 19

Nashville, Tenn. (September 18, 2019) – The Nashville Symphony has announced two fall community concerts that will give music lovers of all ages the chance to experience the GRAMMY®-winning orchestra free of charge this October.

Concierto en Plaza Mariachi con tu Sinfónica de Nashville

Bring the whole family to Plaza Mariachi, and enjoy an array of great classical music as conductor Enrico Lopez-Yañez takes you on a musical tour of Spain and Latin America, including Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Cuba and Costa Rica. Featuring works by Ernesto Lecuona, José Pablo Moncayo, Astor Piazzolla and more, with a special appearance by Nashville Symphony principal oboist Titus Underwood. Fall Concert at The Renaissance Center

The Nashville Symphony returns to Dickson for a performance that promises to be fun for the entire family! Newly appointed assistant conductor Nathan Aspinall makes his first public appearance leading the orchestra in some of classical music’s greatest selections, including works by Beethoven, Stravinsky, Dvořák, John Williams and much more.
