As we enter a new era of concertgoing, the Nashville Symphony is working to make your experience as smooth, simple and streamlined as possible. With the launch of our new season, we’re rolling out new online resources that will enable you to manage your tickets, view your giving history, make updates and more – all from our website.
Below are some helpful tips to assist you as you navigate the My Account section of our website.
Your Tickets – Now Digital!

We've made several upgrades to our website so that you can now access your tickets from our website. As long as you have your mobile device, your tickets are right there waiting for you!
To access, visit the Upcoming Events page in your Nashville Symphony account. All of your scheduled concerts will appear on this page, along with a button to "View My Tickets" once they are available.
When you click on "View My Tickets," a QR code will load onscreen, and that’s what you’ll show to our ticketing attendants for entry. *Note that you may also take a screenshot of your ticket ahead of time*
Don’t have a mobile device? Don’t worry! We’ll be able to take care of you on the night of your concert. And if you have any questions at all about our new ticketing policy, call us, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Most of all, we want your concert experience to be smooth and simple.
Your Giving History
The Nashville Symphony thrives, thanks to the generosity of those who believe in our mission of providing great music and education programs for the entire community. If you’re a Nashville Symphony donor, we thank you for your investment!
As a donor, you are now able to access your giving history on our website by logging in to your account and clicking Giving History. There, you'll see a listing of past gifts to the Nashville Symphony, starting with the most recent.
