Late Seating: Traffic and parking around Schermerhorn Symphony Center can become congested prior to a performance. Please allow extra time to arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy your event. All late arriving patrons will be seated at the discretion of the Schermerhorn Symphony Center staff.
Child Seating Policy: Every patron, regardless of age, needs a ticket to enter the concert hall, including babies. Customers who are removed from the theater will not receive a refund. All sales are final and there are NO refunds unless the show is cancelled.
NashvilleSymphony.org is the official website for purchasing tickets to concerts at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
Please note that Ticketmaster is also an authorized vendor for concerts at Schermerhorn Symphony Center. If you have purchased your tickets from any other website or third-party ticket reseller, your ticket may be counterfeit, and your seats cannot be guaranteed. Ticket resellers frequently charge inflated prices for their own gain. We are unable to issue refunds or seat exchanges for tickets sold through third-party websites – you must work directly with the third-party seller to receive your refund.
If you have questions, or you would like to let us know about your own experience with a ticket reseller, please speak with one of our Ticket Services Specialists by phone at 615.687.6400 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note to third-party ticket resellers: If we have reason to believe that you are purchasing tickets for resale, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you. Your concert ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with the denial of admission at the Nashville Symphony Association’s discretion upon refund of the purchase price, and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility, without compensation, should the ticket holder violate the rules and regulations of the facility.
