Important Ticketing Note: Act quickly for best ticket availability. Ticket pricing fluctuates and is valid at time of purchase. Pricing and discounts (if applicable) are not retroactive. Additional fees apply. All sales are final. No refunds unless the concert is cancelled.

You may exchange tickets out of any concert in which the Nashville Symphony is performing until 72 hours before the concert. There are no exchanges for presentation concerts in which the Nashville Symphony is not performing, with the exception of Jazz Series concerts. (Click here if you are seeking exchange information for an education program.)
Single and group ticket buyers will be charged an exchange fee of $10 per ticket.
Compose Your Own season ticket holders with 3 to 5 concerts in their ticket package will be charged an exchange fee of $5 per ticket.
Full series and Compose Your Own season ticket holders with 6 or more concerts in their package receive free exchanges.
At the time of exchange, you have three options:
You may exchange your tickets for another series concert or Nashville Symphony special event. Please note that there are no exchanges out of presentation concerts in which the Nashville Symphony is not performing (with the exception of Jazz Series concerts, which are eligible for exchanges).
You may put the amount on account to apply toward any concert during the 2018/19 season. Any on-account money not used by July 31, 2019, will be converted into a ticket donation.
You may donate your tickets for resale at any time prior to the concert start time. Your donation is tax-deductible and supports the Nashville Symphony's mission. Click here to donate your tickets. Please note that you cannot donate your tickets after the performance has started.
Tickets may not be exchanged less than 72 hours prior to the concert.

DONATE TICKETS FOR RESALE: You can click here to donate your tickets for resale at any time prior to the start of the concert. Once the performance has started, you will no longer be able to donate your tickets. Ticket donations are a tax-deductible contribution and ticket donors will receive a letter for your contribution.
To accommodate groups on our wait list, all cancellations and exchanges must be made 30 days prior to the date of the performance. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after that time.
Payment is required within two weeks or 10 business days of your invoice date; if payment has not been received by the deadline, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
Accessible Seating: If you have a special accommodation request (e.g. wheelchair seating, medical needs) please let us know by using the comments section of your web order or by calling the box office with your instructions when placing your order. Late Seating: Traffic and parking around Schermerhorn Symphony Center can become congested prior to a performance. Please allow extra time to arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy your event. All late arriving patrons will be seated at the discretion of the Schermerhorn Symphony Center staff.
Child Seating Policy: Every patron, regardless of age, needs a ticket to enter the concert hall, including babies. Schermerhorn Symphony Center reserves the right to remove anyone from the venue who causes a disturbance or disrupts other customers’ experience(s). Customers who are removed from the theater will not receive a refund. All sales are final and there are NO refunds unless the show is cancelled.
You must have a ticket to enter Schermerhorn Symphony Center. If you do not have your ticket(s) prior to entry, please visit the box office to pick up your ticket(s). You may also have printable e-tickets mailed to you ahead of time by contacting our box office.
All purses and bags are subject to search by Schermerhorn Symphony Center staff. Please be prepared to have your bag searched upon entering the building.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO POLICY
Cameras, videocameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited in the concert hall or in any other space where a performance or rehearsal is taking place. Cameras with a detachable lens may only be used pending approval from the artist and the venue, and will be subject to rules and restrictions. Schermerhorn Symphony Center is a smoke-free building. Smoking is permitted outside the building in the Garden, on the Plaza or outside on the East Terrace off the Balcony Lobby.
No weapons of any kind are permitted at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

Tickets purchased from any unauthorized website or third-party vendor may be counterfeit, and seats cannot be guaranteed. The resale of this ticket at a price higher than the price printed on the ticket may result in the cancellation of this ticket without a refund. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources are not eligible for an exchange, reprint and/or reassignment of pick-up name – you must work directly with the third-party seller.

Note to third-party ticket resellers: If we have reason to believe that you are purchasing tickets for resale, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you. Your concert ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with the denial of admission at the Nashville Symphony Association’s discretion upon refund of the purchase price, and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility, without compensation, should the ticket holder violate the rules and regulations of the facility.

Ticket discounts may vary, are valid for select concerts and some blackouts apply. 5% Service charge discount always applies.
Group ticket buyers also get priority seating, pre-sale access and the ability to hold extra tickets.

Military personnel receive up to a 15% discount and reduced handling fees on tickets to Classical Series, FirstBank Pops Series and Jazz Series concerts. This discount is subject to availability. To receive your military discount, call the box office at 615.687.6400 or visit us in person. (Discount may not be applied to website orders.) You will need to present your military ID at the time of pickup.
Educators receive up to a 15% discount and reduced handling fees on tickets to Classical Series concerts. This discount is subject to availability. To receive your educator discount, call the box office at 615.687.6400 or visit us in person. (Discount may not be applied to website orders.) You will need to present your educator ID at the time of pickup.
Based on availability, a limited number of $15 rush tickets are available for select Classical Series and FirstBank Pops Series concerts, beginning one hour prior to the concert. These tickets must be purchased in person. Please contact our box office at 615.687.6400 to confirm availability prior to visiting the box office. Seating selection and availability are limited and at the discretion of management.
The handling fee added to your ticket purchase helps cover operating costs for the Nashville Symphony, a not-for-profit charitable organization, reaching more than 400,000 people annually. This fee helps make it possible for the orchestra to fulfill its mission of inspiring, entertaining and educating through excellence in musical performance.
Handling fees are applied to all ticket purchases, whether made online, in person, or over the phone.
TICKET DONATION REQUESTS
