Pre-Concert Exhibit & Lecture

Celebrate Ella’s 100th birthday by visiting the East Lobby gallery exhibit “A Night with Ella Fitzgerald—The First Lady of Song,” presented by the National Museum of African American Music. Explore sheet music, record albums, and clothing belonging to the late singer, and join us as we celebrate the lasting imprint that she left on the world.

From 6:30-7:30 pm, the National Museum of African American Music will moderate an artist Q&A in the East Lobby with Marva Hicks and Byron Stripling.
