Unfortunately, due to a scheduling conflict, the Ashanti concert on January 5, 2020, at Schermerhorn Symphony Center is canceled. We apologize for this inconvenience.

AS A TICKET HOLDER, YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:

1. Request a Refund: Receive a full refund of the value of your tickets. The cut-off date to request and receive a refund is January 5, 2020.
2. Exchange Your Tickets: Exchange the value of your tickets directly into any other Nashville Symphony-presented concert happening between now and July 31, 2020. You may also place the value of your tickets as a credit on your Nashville Symphony customer account. This may be applied toward another Nashville Symphony-presented concert between now and July 31, 2020.
3. Donate Your Tickets: Donate the value of your tickets back to the Nashville Symphony as a tax-deductible donation. We thank you in advance for supporting our mission.
