Second Violin
Originally from Bellevue, Washington, Paul Kim earned his Bachelor of Music and Master of Music in 2014 and 2016 from the Cleveland Institute of Music, where he studied under the tutelage of William Preucil and Stephen Rose. He has performed in a soloist capacity with ensembles including the Seattle Youth Symphony, Philharmonia Northwest, Northwest Symphony Orchestra, and the Seattle Symphony Orchestra.
Kim has participated in festivals including the Banff Music Festival, National Repertory Orchestra, Pacific Music Festival and Tanglewood Music Center, where he served as co-concertmaster. In addition to his orchestral profession, he is an avid chamber musician who loves to explore works with his colleagues.
