Jennifer Goldberg

Librarian




Jennifer joined the Nashville Symphony in 2006. She has been the Orchestra Librarian for the Richmond (Virginia) Symphony, Library Fellow for the New World Symphony, Librarian for Spoleto Festival USA, Breckenridge Music Festival (National Repertory Orchestra and the Breckenridge Music Institute) and the Brooklyn Philharmonic. She holds a BA in Music and a Minor in Classics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Jennifer lived in Western Massachusetts when she started playing the flute at age nine. She continued playing through high school and college. Her musical interests remained strong as she attended many concerts at Tanglewood during her tween and teen years, working at the Tanglewood Music Store for five summers during college.

Jennifer is proud to have served on the Board of the Major Orchestra Librarians’ Association (MOLA) and worked on several MOLA Committees. She enjoyed hosting the annual MOLA Conference in spring 2008 showing off the beautiful new library with great views of the courtyard.

She lives in Bellevue with her husband, Greg, and dog Daisy, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever.
