• We also invite you to Classical Conversations - the pre-concert talks before all Classical series concerts which take place in the Balcony Lobby. For Thursday evenings, they begin at 6:00 p.m., and for Friday and Saturday evenings they begin at 7:00 p.m.

How to exchange your tickets:

• A fee of $2.00 per ticket will be charged depending on package type.
• Tickets can be exchanged into many Nashville Symphony performances; please call for details.
• You MUST have the tickets you wish to exchange in hand; no exchanges will be made without your tickets present.
• Tickets may be exchanged by the following methods:
  • In person by visiting our box office:Schermerhorn Symphony Center, One Symphony Place.  10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. (dates subject to change)
  • By phone: call 615.687.6401 from 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
  • By Mail: Attn Box Office, One Symphony Place, Nashville, TN 37201-2031. (Please allow adequate time for mail to be delivered)

Box and Founders Level Information:

• Founders of Schermerhorn Symphony Center are box holders and have first rights to purchase the tickets within their boxes. If you have subscribed to seats in a box but are not the box holder, guaranteed renewal of the same seats and night may not be available in subsequent years. In the event that changes need to be made, we will do our best to find comparable seats.
• Donors to the Annual Campaign who give at or above the Conductor's Circle Level ($1,500) have access to the private Allen Walter Watson, Sr. Founders Hall located on the Founders Level in Schermerhorn Symphony Center.

Special Services:

Schermerhorn Symphony Center provides a variety of services for people with special needs. Wheelchair and disabled patron seating and restrooms are available on all levels of Laura Turner Concert Hall in Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Special needs requests should be made in advance by calling 615.687.6401 or click here to view more information.

Large-type program notes and infrared hearing devices are available by calling 615.687.6401.

Additional notes on Schermerhorn Symphony Center:

• To ensure the best acoustical sound in Laura Turner Concert Hall, all patrons will be asked to check their coats for each performances. There will be a convenient coat check station on every level of Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
• Valet parking will be available at Schermerhorn Symphony Center for each performance. For additional parking suggestions, please refer to the map here.
