How to exchange your tickets:
- A fee of $2.00 per ticket will be charged depending on package type.
- Tickets can be exchanged into many Nashville Symphony performances; please call for details.
- You MUST have the tickets you wish to exchange in hand; no exchanges will be made without your tickets present.
- Tickets may be exchanged by the following methods:
- In person by visiting our box office:Schermerhorn Symphony Center, One Symphony Place. 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. (dates subject to change)

Wheelchair and disabled patron seating and restrooms are available on all levels of Laura Turner Concert Hall in Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Additional notes on Schermerhorn Symphony Center:
- To ensure the best acoustical sound in Laura Turner Concert Hall, all patrons will be asked to check their coats for each performances. There will be a convenient coat check station on every level of Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
