What qualifies as a group?
You need at least 10 tickets to any one concert to qualify as a group.

What are the discounts given to groups?
Groups of 10 or more receive discounted tickets to most concerts. The discount varies depending on the concert, the size of the group and location of the seats. Generally speaking, the larger the group, the bigger the savings!

Will my group sit together?
We will make every effort to seat your group together. This is dependent on the availability of seats for your particular concert. Reserve your group early to ensure the best seating.

What is the payment policy for groups?
We require a 50% deposit to place group tickets on hold; the remaining balance must be paid three weeks prior to the concert date.

Can I change my order?
Yes! You may adjust your group order up until the final payment. However, no refunds are given on deposits or final payments.

What if someone in my group can't come at the last minute?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you contact us prior to the concert, we will be happy to exchange those tickets for another concert in the current season, or you can donate the tickets and receive a tax deduction.
