Sponsored by Regions, this program provides free tickets to select classical concerts for middle and  high school students. Each student is allotted one additional ticket for an accompanying adult. Please review the points below prior to requesting tickets.

The following information is very important and if not followed explicitly may result in your request not being fulfilled:

  1. Tickets are only available for middle and high school students attending a public, private or home school in Tennessee.
  2. Public and private students will be limited to two (2) tickets each (one for the student and one for an accompanying adult), with a maximum of ten (10) tickets per school per night.  (Student must be present to obtain ticket on concert night.)
  3. For home school families, each home school will be allotted one (1) ticket per child, up to a maximum of three (3) children per family and up to two (2) tickets for the parents, for a maximum of five (5) tickets per home school group. (Student must be present to obtain ticket on concert night.)
  4. Unless otherwise noted, each concert is made available for requests Monday at 9:00 a.m. one week PRIOR to the concert performance, through the following Friday at 5:00 p.m. OR until all available tickets have been distributed, which ever comes first. As tickets are limited, once the maximum number available have been requested, the affected concert date will be removed from the website and school designees will no longer be able to request that concert date, please no phone calls if you do not see the concert date.  Requests submitted after the week prior deadline will not be processed. Please note that all tickets are distributed on a first come-first served basis.
  5. Each school must designate one contact from their school to register to participate in the program and request tickets for each concert. Designee must complete the "school designee" form before requesting tickets.
  6. Tickets will only be available to Thursday and Saturday night performances. Thursday night concerts begin at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday night concerts begin at 8:00 p.m.
  7. All reserved tickets will be available for pick-up in the West Atrium, located next to the Symphony Store on concert nights at least 1 hour prior to the start of the concert. Tickets MUST be picked up at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the concert.  If they are not picked up by that time, we cannot guarantee their availability to the student. Please do not come to the Box Office to pick-up tickets.
