Students in Grades 3-12 Are Invited

Students in grades 3 and up are invited to attend Nashville Symphony dress rehearsals featuring classical guest artists. Most dress rehearsals are held on Thursday mornings at 10 a.m. in Laura Turner Concert Hall in Schermerhorn Symphony Center, unless otherwise noted. We now have two options available for our dress rehearsals. Below are the available options:

Option 1: Q&A session with the guest artist* - following the 1st half of the rehearsal, guest artists will participate in a question and answer session for students. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to get up close and personal with our guest artists. Attendance for the Q&A session is limited to 200 students/teachers per session, and will be filled on a first come, first requested basis.

*After the first half of the program, students will be escorted to the Curb Education Hall. Please note, attending the Q&A session will require students to miss the second half of the dress rehearsal.

Option 2: Attend a full dress rehearsal - Give your students the option of seeing and hearing an entire Nashville Symphony concert. Selecting this option will not allow students to participate in the Q&A session.

IMPORTANT: Due to ongoing repairs at Schermerhorn Symphony Center, please note that all dates prior to January 2011 will take place in alternate venues (listed by date).
