A world-class symphony center needs a world-class kitchen and we have gone to great lengths to secure the best food and service imaginable. Our food facilities, which include a massive kitchen and catering preparation area, are located in the lower level of Schermerhorn Symphony Center and allow us to cater events from 5 to 2000, from a simple reception to a 5 course gourmet meal. Arpeggio
Located in the East Lobby, Arpeggio features a sumptuous four-course buffet, which includes appetizers, a soup station, your choice of four entrées and dessert. Arpeggio is open before all Nashville Symphony SunTrust Classical, Bank of America Pops and Adams and Reese Jazz Series concerts and most special performances. Doors open two hours before the performance. Price is $38 with water and tea, not including tax and gratuity. Reservations are preferred and can be made by calling 615.687.6400.

Arpeggio is an epicure's dinner buffet that changes with each concert. The foods are of the highest quality, such as premium fruits and vegetables, imported and domestic artisan cheese, sausages and meats from Italy, Colorado rack of lamb, "Kurobuta" pork, ahi tuna, dry aged beef and wild king salmon, to name a few, along with accompaniments to complement the cooking techniques that are used.
Our philosophy is that of "procuring the highest quality product, cooking it to perfection and presenting it in a creative way". We hope you will join us each week as we explore some wonderful food options and incredible tastes.
The Symphony Café
Located in the West Lobby of Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the Symphony Café offers a bistro-style lunch menu. Choose from a selection of gourmet soups, artisan sandwiches and fresh salads in addition to Seattle’s Best coffee and espresso. The Café is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Free Wi-Fi available. On concert evenings, the Café opens two hours prior to the performance.

Pops Concerts
For each Bank of America Pops Series concert, as well as other selected flat floor-seating concerts, food and drink selections are available for consumption at tables inside the Laura Turner Concert Hall. A separate pre-order menu is also available for patrons seated in Founders Boxes. Doors to the concert hall open one hour before the performance. To pre-order, please call 615.687.6616.
Lobby Bars
Nine bars are spread throughout the building offering quick service and premium spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks and bottled water. A limited food menu is also available.
Food and drink (other than bottled water) are NOT allowed in Laura Turner Concert Hall, including boxes, during Classical concerts. Guests sitting in the Founders Boxes during Classical concerts will be served in their anterooms, but we ask that they do not take the drinks back into their box. For Pops, Jazz and Summer Festival concerts, Orchestra Level Table Seating is available, where patrons can order food and drink; patrons in the Founders and Loge Boxes are allowed into the hall with drink only during these concerts.
