In a career spanning more than four decades, saxophonist David Sanborn has done it all: He played at Woodstock with the Butterfield Blues Band; he has recorded with such legends as Stevie Wonder, David Bowie and Paul Simon; and he has earned two GRAMMY® Awards for his own successful recordings. In the process, Sanborn has created a body of work that spans jazz, R&B, pop and rock, helping to define a new sound for his instrument. Still an active and vibrant performer today, he continues to make music that connects with the mind, the body and the soul.
