The 62nd Annual National Conference of the American Symphony Orchestra League will be held in Nashville this June as orchestra
leadership from across the country and around the globe gathers to discuss the state of our industry. During the conference,
the Nashville Symphony will perform a very special concert and it will most certainly be a momentous evening - one of historical
significance for our orchestra.
This concert features 14-year-old piano virtuoso
Peng Peng, as well as Leonard Slatkin's own compilation of his favorite orchestrations of Mussorgsky’s best-loved work. The program also features “Made In America,” which was recorded by the Nashville Symphony for NAXOS, to be released in early June. All concert goers are also invited to join us for a free Tune-Up Party with delegates from the American Symphony Orchestra League following the evenings performance.
